  • Trouble falling asleep or staying asleep because of pictures from your past that come into your head?
  • Do you feel as if it hadn’t happened or it wasn’t real?

Confidential, professional yet funded trauma counselling can often overcome these effects of trauma, in a short number one on one meetings.

Voluntary donations are welcomed but not essential & help with travel expenses may be given where appropriate & possible.

Appointments can be made between 10am and 8pm Monday to Friday.
