Living Well with Depression RECOGNISE THIS? Feeling low or sad a lot of the time? These are some of the signs of stress and depression – particularly if things have been this way for sometime. There is something that can help. What does the course offer? All exercises and meditations will be taught on the course, and therefore no previous experience is necessary of either meditation or CBT. You will be given CDs for home practice. We suggest that you put aside regular time, each day, to practice the exercises and meditations. The course is suitable for participants who are currently not suffering from chronic depression and can make a commitment to attend the course on a weekly basis. The course is most helpful if you can attend weekly Who will lead the course? What does the course cost? Where and when will it be held? The course runs every Monday evening from the 13th October to the 8th December 2008, with a follow up session on Monday 12th January 2009 from 6.30 to 9.00pm. How do I book a place on the course?
