Prescribed Drugs Project

We can offer help to anyone taking

  • Minor tranquillisers
  • Sleeping pills
  • Anti-depressants

If you want more information about your medication we can help you. If you are thinking about coming off your medication and are not sure what to do, we will help you look at your options.

Support for people taking prescribed drugsWhilst supporting you we may also, with your permission, work with your GP. We offer counselling and psychotherapy to help you make sense of the original reasons you were prescribed the medication and to look at other ways of coping in an atmosphere where no judgment will be made.

We also offer a Support Group where you can meet others who have similar problems in an informal friendly atmosphere.
