If you have difficulties with finding positive ways to express your anger and understand your triggers,  this 12 week Anger Management Programme  may be  for you.

What does the programme cost?

The course is funded and is free to City and Hackney residents who are unemployed; we are asking all participants for a £15 contribution upon registration to help towards the cost of CDs and handouts that we will give you for home practice.

For those who are working or live outside the borough the fee is £50 for the entire course to paid upon registration
